Add places to an offer
When an offer can provide more places, increase the number of places and let the waiting list move up.
Prerequisites
- The right to edit the offer.
- The offer has Registration via the website.
Steps
- Open the offer.
- Under More actions (⋮), select Increase number of places.
- Under New maximum number of participants, enter the new number of places, e.g.
20. - If people on the waiting list are to get a place and an email right away, leave Move up automatically, Commit registration status and Notify participant turned on.
- Select Confirm.

The three settings appear only if the offer has a waiting list. If Move up automatically is turned off, the other two are missing.
Result
The message “The maximum has been adjusted.” appears. People on the waiting list move up to the new places in the order of the waiting list and receive the email “Moved up from the waiting list to the participant list”.
If it does not work
