Decide on an offer below the minimum

If an offer does not reach the minimum number of participants, you decide on its registrations yourself. The automatic allocation skipped it, so its registrations are still new.

Prerequisites

  • Account type Admin.
  • The organizer has told you whether the offer takes place anyway.

Steps

  1. Open the offer.
  2. Switch to the Allocate tab.
  3. Under Decisions, select Collect first.
  4. Decide after the organizer's reply:
    • If the offer takes place, select Confirm all in the To decide column.
    • If it does not take place, cancel the offer.

The Allocated column shows how many participants are missing to reach the minimum. Confirm all applies to all cards in the To decide column.

Result

The confirmations stay in the batch until you commit them. After a cancellation, the families who had a place are informed.
