Link an offer as a date variant

When a standalone offer is only a further date of another offer, e.g. because it was created twice, make it a variant of that offer.

Prerequisites

You may edit both offers; both are in the same season.
The offer has dates.

Steps

Open the offer that is to become a variant.
Under More actions (⋮), select Date variants.
Under Select main offer, select the main offer.

Warning

The main offer overwrites all details of the offer except dates, registration deadline, places, minimum number, age and list recipients, unless the settings of the offer fields say otherwise. This cannot be undone, not even by Remove link.

Select Link offer.

From **More actions** to the dialog **Date variants**.

Result

The offer is a variant of the main offer. Its registrations stay with it and appear in the variant's participant list.
