Assign a role to an account
If someone in the team needs access to further areas, e.g. participants or payments, assign a role to their admin account.
Prerequisites
- Super admin. Only super admins see and edit admin accounts.
- The account has the account type Admin. For other accounts, roles have no effect. Only super admins also assign the account type Admin: Accounts: Details.
Steps
- Select Accounts.
- At Accounts, select the segment Admins.
- In the account's actions menu (⋮), select Edit.
- In the Scope of access section, under Roles, turn on the suitable roles: View and create participants, View and create payments or Access to CMS.
- Select Save.

If it does not work
| Problem | Remedy |
|---|---|
| With Access to CMS, the person does not get into the CMS: “Access denied”. | Only super admins get into the CMS (Roles and permissions: Content management system). Turn on Super admin if the person should have all rights. |
