With the newsletter, admins and organizers write to many participants or organizers at once.

Rule	Content
Organizers	They reach the newsletter only through an offer whose participant list they may open at the moment (Participant list) and to whose organizer profiles they belong as a member; otherwise: “Open the newsletter from the offer.” Without such an offer their newsletter reaches nobody. Whoever looks after an offer only individually through Access sees neither Newsletter nor Email there.
Organizers’ consent	If a chosen season requires it and the person has not confirmed it yet, Consent required with Confirm declaration blocks the whole tool. Applies to admins too.

Note	Meaning

fepli does not filter out blocked addresses; the delivery service does not deliver emails to them.

Dispatch

Element	Content
Live tracking on Sent	Progress of each email; the page updates itself, and you do not have to select anything for it.
Page Track dispatch	Opens through Track dispatch in the outbox, from the list Recently sent, after cancelling or restoring an offer and after admission notices. Visible to: admins and the person who sent. It belongs to the app Delivery tracking; without the app, all these entry points redirect to the outbox.
Recently sent	The last newsletters, with the number of recipients
Sent newsletter	Cannot be recalled.

fepli delivers each email individually and checks receipt, invitation and registrations again:
