Record a consent on someone's behalf
If a family has given a consent on paper, enter it in the registration.
Prerequisites
- Role View and create participants.
- The family's instruction is documented, e.g. by a signed form. fepli stores your name as the person who recorded it.
Steps
- Open the registration through the name in the participant list.
- In the Consents section, select Edit.
Note
If the person has revoked or declined the consent, the log of data subject rights records the repeated entry with your name: “Consent recorded again after withdrawal”.
- At the declaration, select Grant. If the form is available as a scan or photo, select it under Evidence (scan or photo of the signed form).
- Select Log changes.
