Copy all offers from an earlier season
To reuse the programme of an earlier season, copy all its offers into the new season at once. The copies are drafts without dates and without a registration deadline.
Prerequisites
- Account type Admin.
- The new season exists and has no offers yet.
Steps
- Select Offers.
- In the season switcher, select the new season.
- In the empty list, select Carry over from an earlier season.
- Select the season you are copying from. The dialog shows how many offers will be copied.
- Select Carry over offers.

Result
fepli reports “{count} offers carried over to “{season}” as drafts.” The organizers enter the new dates and submit their offers again.
If it does not work
| Problem | Remedy |
|---|---|
| Carry over from an earlier season is missing. | The list already contains offers, or not exactly one season is selected. Then copy the offers one by one: Copy an offer from an earlier season. |
| The variants of an offer are missing. | fepli copies only main offers, without their variants. Create the variants in the new season again: Create a date variant. |
