Export offers

To use a season's offers outside fepli, e.g. as a programme booklet for printing or as a calendar file, export them.

Prerequisites

Account type Admin.
For step 4: Organizers is turned on under Fields. Otherwise the section is missing.

Steps

Open the season and switch to the Export tab.
Under Format, select the format.
To include further seasons in the same file, select them under Add season.
To export only the offers of particular organizers, select them under Organizers.
To exclude drafts, leave Published offers only turned on.
To also receive the link to the file by email, turn on Also send the link by email.
Review the Preview.
Select Create export.

Result

The page reports Export is being created. Within a few minutes the file is under the bell, where it stays available for 24 hours.

If it does not work

Problem	Remedy
The format you want is missing.	Support sets up print templates and further formats for your instance. Super admins create own templates under Settings > Exports (Export templates); they appear under Own templates.
The page reports “No offers for this selection.”	Widen the selection under Seasons or Organizers.
