Renew the private link
When an offer's private link has reached people who are not meant to see the offer, renew it.
Prerequisites
- Account type Admin, or you are a member of an organizer profile of the offer. Anyone who was invited only through Access cannot renew the link.
Steps
- Open the offer.
- Under More actions (⋮), select Renew private link.
Warning
The previous private link no longer works afterwards, not even for those to whom you passed it on deliberately. This cannot be undone.
- Select Renew link.
- To pass on the new link, select Copy link in the header. If Visibility is set to Public on the website, select Copy private link under More actions (⋮) instead.
- Pass the new link on to everyone who is still meant to see the offer.

From More actions to the dialog Renew private link, in the header Copy link.
Result
The message “The private link was renewed.” appears. Anyone who opens the previous link sees “Page not found”.
