Delete an offer

When an offer is superfluous, e.g. because it was created twice, delete it.

Prerequisites

  • Admins: No registration of the offer is on a paid receipt.
  • Organizers: The offer has no registrations and is neither approved nor published, and the editing phase is running.

Steps

  1. Open the offer.
  2. Under More actions (⋮), select Delete offer.
  3. Review the note about the registrations.

Warning

Deleting cannot be undone. All registrations of the offer are deleted with it.

  1. Select Delete offer.

The More actions menu, in front of it the dialog for deleting the offer.

Result

The offer is deleted with all its registrations. If it was a main offer, the first variant is now the main offer.

If it does not work

fepli reports “Cannot be deleted” and names paid receipts.Registrations are on a paid receipt. Cancel the offer and refund the fees.
fepli reports “Cannot be deleted” and “No editing phase is running in the season “{season}”.”No editing phase is running in the season. Contact the team. Admins can also delete the offer outside the phase.
