Transfer participants to another offer

If an offer is split or a date changes, transfer registrations to another offer.

Prerequisites

  • The right to transfer registrations, on the source offer and on the target offer. An offer that is shared with you as Participant list only cannot be selected as target.
  • Both offers have Registration via the website.
  • The target offer has a future date in a season that is not archived.

Steps

  1. Open the offer.
  2. Switch to the Participant list tab.
  3. Select the registrations.
  4. Select Move to another offer.
  5. Under Search offer…, enter the name of the target offer, e.g. Canoe trip, and select it.
  6. Under New attendance status, select the status.
  7. To make the registrations valid immediately, turn on Commit registration status.
  8. If you selected takes part and the families should receive an email, turn on Inform.
  9. If you cancel the original offer afterwards, turn off Let the waiting list move up.
  10. Select Transfer.

In the side panel, the registrations from the participant list are already selected. On the right they appear in yellow under the registrations of the target offer.

Result

The message “{count} registrations transferred.” gives the number of transferred registrations. The target offer has new registrations, the original ones are deleted, and the waiting list of the original offer moves up, if the season allows it.

If it does not work

ProblemRemedy
The target offer's fee differs.Amounts already paid are transferred as well. Settle the difference under Payments.
The message names fewer registrations than you selected.Anyone who is already registered for the target stays in the original offer. Review the participant lists of both offers.
