Check consents before the first date

Before the offer begins, check which participants have given a consent, e.g. for photos. You pass the result on to the supervisors.

Prerequisites

  • The offer or the season collects consents.
  • You may see the participant list.

Steps

  1. Open the offer and switch to the tab Participant list.
  2. Read the column Consents. “Granted · {date}” means that all declarations were agreed to. “Declined · {declarations}” names the declined declarations, and “Pending” appears for open ones. “No objection · {declarations}” names earlier opt-out declarations on which the family has made no decision.
  3. Select Consents and, in the menu, Overview (PDF).
  4. In the PDF, mark every declaration that does not show “Akzeptiert”. Only “Akzeptiert” is a consent; treat every other state like a refusal, including “Kein Widerspruch”.
  5. Give the list to the supervisors on site.

The column Consents in the tab Participant list, in front of it the overview as a PDF.

Result

The supervisors know whom they must not photograph, for example.
