Decide a season's open registrations by hand

When registrations with the status new are left after the lottery or instead of it, decide them on one page for the whole season. The families then receive a joint admission notice.

Prerequisites

Account type Admin.
The season has offers with Registration via the website and registrations with the status new.

Steps

In the sidebar, select the season Summer holidays 2027.
Switch to the Allocate places tab.
Under Decisions, select Collect first.
In the Offers list, select the top offer. The list shows the offers with open registrations.
To read what the family stated before deciding, select the participant in the Participants list.
To decide on a registration with friends, select Confirm all {count} or Put all {count} on the waiting list in its box.
To decide on a single registration, open the card's menu with the right mouse button and select Confirm, Put on the waiting list or Withdraw. If the card belongs to a registration with friends, select in the prompt whether the whole group gets the status.
If a card shows a note about its dates, select its action: Withdraw here, Confirm everywhere or Confirm here too.
Repeat steps 4 to 8 until “0 to decide in 0 offers” appears above the lists.
In the collection bar, select Send & notify.
Write the message of the newsletter and select See preview.

Warning

Sending cannot be undone. In doing so, fepli commits all decisions in the season's batch and ends a running Allocation of places phase.

On the preview, select Send to {count} families.

The **Allocate places** page with the places of steps 3 to 8 and 10.

Result

The notice “Batch committed” appears: “The emails arrive within a few minutes.”

If it does not work

Problem	Remedy
Families receive an email after every decision.	Under Decisions, Notify right away is selected. Select Collect first.
Instead of the side panel with the message, the Commit registrations page opens.	The season's decisions are in several batches or share a batch with another season. Commit each batch as described in Commit registrations.
Confirm all {count} is missing in a registration with friends.	The group needs more places than are free. Put the group on the waiting list, or add places: Add places to an offer.
A registration with friends reports “Parted — …”.	Part of the group has a different status. In Allocated, select Bring in {names}, or in To decide, select Confirm {names} too.
