Organizers
An organizer profile presents an organization that runs offers on the website and determines who belongs to its team.
If Organizers is off under Fields, the entry in the sidebar is missing. All pages of this area, including the registration, answer with 404 (When Organizers is off).

Team
| Element | Content |
|---|---|
| Team members | Accounts with access: Member or “{count} offers” (released individually), Active or Blocked |
| Invitations | “invited by {name} · Link expires in {count} days” (a started day counts), status Invited; Send again extends the deadline and sends the Personal note again, Withdraw invalidates the link immediately. Expired invitations disappear from the team. |
| Invite account | Opens a side panel in which you enter addresses. Existing account: Account exists, assigned immediately. Already in the team: already in, skipped. New address: registration link, valid for the days under Invitations valid for. Field Personal note (optional; “Appears at the top of the email.”): appears in the email below the salutation, before the text of the template. Button Grant access & invite; it is locked as long as no address receives access or an entry is not an email address: “Invalid. {email} is not an email address.” |
| Revoke access | In every row of an account. Confirmation: “{name} loses access to {profile}. The account remains.” Message: “{name} no longer works for {profile}.” Works like Remove assignment in the account (Accounts). |
| Accepted invitation | If someone accepts an invitation to the team that a member of the profile or a service account sent, every active admin receives an entry in the bell: “{sender} invited {name} into the team”, below it “Accepted · member: all offers, profile and team”, the profile and Access. The entry leads to this tab. fepli sends no email for this. Invitations from admins create no entry; if the sender is deleted, “Unknown” appears. |
| Note | “Members edit all offers of {name}.” |
Inviting organizers
Access: Invitations in the list, there Invite organizers at the foot. The invitation is for new organizations that do not have a profile yet.
| Step | Content |
|---|---|
| Email addresses | Enter or paste addresses; comma, semicolon and line break separate the addresses. Skipped are only addresses whose account already belongs to an organizer profile: “{email} already belongs to {profile}.” An account without an organizer profile receives the invitation; the registration assigns the new profile to it. |
| Note | “Each address gets a registration link, valid for {count} days, and creates a new profile with an account through it.” |
| Continue to message | Shortened newsletter with the template of the invitation; See preview, “Send {count} invitations”. Confirmation: “… Emails that have been sent cannot be recalled; to make a link stop working, choose “Withdraw” in the list of organizers.”, Send invitations |
| Accepting | The link opens the page Welcome with Your credentials (first name, last name, How you sign in: Passkey or Password with at least 8 characters) and Your organization; Submit registration. The new account is signed in immediately; with a passkey Set up a passkey follows (Signing in and profile), with a password the dashboard with ““{profile}” has been created. You are signed in and can submit offers.” If an account already exists for the address, the page asks only for the organization, and afterwards ““{profile}” has been created. Sign in with {email} to submit offers.” appears. |
| Invalid link | “This invitation is no longer valid”: expired, withdrawn or already used |
| Validity | Settings > Registration > Organizers > Invitations valid for; empty: 14 days. The hint texts and the default template of the invitation (“The link is valid for {count} days.”) state the configured number of days. The setting also applies to invitations into an organizer profile and to an offer. |
Registration without invitation
The registration exists only if Registration without invitation is turned on (Settings); the sign-in page then shows “No access yet? Register”.
| Step | Content |
|---|---|
| Organizer, Contact person, Review | Details about the organization and the person; Submit registration. A password is not asked for. Frequent registrations from the same connection are throttled. |
| Registration received | Stages Received, Review by the team, Activation & sign-in link |
| Result | A blocked account of the account type Organizer and the notification Organizer registered to the team, with a link to the accounts |
| Address with an account | If the email address already belongs to an account, fepli creates nothing, and the page shows the same. The account receives a sign-in link; an admin account receives the email “Sign-in link not available” while the installation does not allow sign-in links for admins; an account without access to the admin panel, such as a participant account, receives the email “Sign-in link not available” instead (Signing in and profile). Blocked accounts and accounts with the sign-in link turned off receive nothing. |
| Activation | The settings page shows “{count} applications are waiting to be let in.” with Review in the Accounts list. Activation happens in the account under Access > Unblock account (Accounts): “Registration without invitation. Unblocking sends a sign-in link to {email}, valid for {count} days.” The sign-in link is valid for as long as Invitations valid for specifies, 14 days without an entry, and can be used only once. |
| Blocked address | If someone registers with the address of a blocked account, the person receives no email, and the block stays. The page afterwards looks the same. |
| Password and passkey | If the registration has a password or a passkey, they stay only if the session that registered follows the activation link. In every other session fepli removes them before the activation, and the onboarding leads the person to set up their own passkey. |
| Deletion | fepli deletes registrations that are not activated after 4 days. Accounts that the team or the API creates blocked do not count as a registration and stay. |
Delete organizer
| Element | Content |
