| Add question | Adds a question. |

|---|---|---|---|---|
| Collect participation fees | The season bills fees | on, off | on | Off: Participant lists show no “paid/unpaid”, and the season's registrations appear neither under outstanding payments nor under refunds nor with debtors. | Direct debit | Whether families can pay the season's fees by SEPA direct debit | Beside paying online, Instead of paying online, Not offered | Beside paying online | Only while the app SEPA direct debit is switched on. |
| Hint under the switch | Appears while the saved switch is off and registrations have an open charge | “One registration still has an open charge” or “{count} registrations still have an open charge”, with “Billed before the season stopped collecting fees. The families see “Payment pending”.” | The link Reset → opens the dialog from Reset open charges. |

| Warning | “The fees are no longer claimed, not even if the season collects fees again later.” |

The message reads “{count} open charges have been reset.”, for one “The open charge has been reset.”. The season's log receives the entry “Reset the open charges of {count} registrations”, for one “Reset the open charge of one registration”. fepli then opens the page Payment & completion of the season. |
