App-Store
In the App-Store, super admins connect fepli to services of other providers and switch on functions that fepli itself brings along.
Location: Settings > App-Store. Visible to: super admins.
An app is a function through a provider, e.g. SMS notifications through Brevo. The same function can exist through several providers.

| Switched on, Switched off | States of an app without an account with a provider |
Groups with one provider
In the groups SMS, Replies by email, Delivery tracking, Maps and Web statistics, only one provider runs at a time.
| Case | Content |
|---|---|
| No provider set up | Every app of the group shows Not connected: “No provider is set up for {group} yet.” |
| One provider set up | The other apps of the group show Not available: “{provider} is set up for {group}. Only one runs at a time.” Link of the card: Change over |
| Changing over | The app shows “Not available while {provider} is set up.” Connect and replace saves the credentials and changes the group over. Message: “{group} now runs via {provider}.” The credentials of the previous provider stay saved. |
| Set by the installation | If the installation sets the provider, the others show “{provider} is set up for {group} – set by the installation.” The card has no link for changing over, and the app can only be closed: “The installation sets {provider} for {group}. This cannot be changed here.” |
In the groups Writing offers and Payments, several apps work at the same time.

| Side panel | The section Requirement names, for each required app, its name, its state (switched on or switched off) and the link Open or Switch on. |
| Requirement is off | The app cannot be switched on. The card says “Requires {apps}.”, the side panel “The app builds on {apps}. Switch that on first.” |
| Requirement drops out later | The app stays switched on and rests in the state Waiting: “Set up, but resting.” The side panel says: “The app builds on {apps}. Once that is switched on, it runs again – with everything entered.” |
| Switching off a requirement | If a switched-on app builds on it, the confirmation is preceded by “{apps} will rest as well.” and followed by “Switch off?” |
