Offer an offer only through a private link

When only a particular group of people is to see an offer, e.g. a school class, offer it through a private link. It then appears in no public list and in no booklet.

Prerequisites

You may edit the offer.

Steps

Open the offer.
Switch to the Edit tab and open the Content page.
In the General section, under Visibility, select Only via private link.
Select Save.
In the header, select Copy link.

Warning

Anyone who has the link sees the offer and can pass the link on. Pass it on only to those who are meant to have it.

Pass the link on to this group of people.

Result

Anyone who has the link sees the offer. As soon as it is published, registrations are also possible through it.

If it does not work

Problem	Remedy
The offer page shows “Registration is not open yet.”	The offer is not published yet. Once it is published, registration is possible; the Visibility remains Only via private link.
The link has reached people who are not meant to see the offer.	Renew the private link
