Copy an offer from an earlier season

If an offer from an earlier season takes place again, carry it over as a copy. Content, images and questions are kept; you enter the dates anew.

Prerequisites

  • You may create offers in the new season.

Steps

  1. In the list Offers, switch to the new season.
  2. Select New offer.
  3. Select Copy from an earlier season.
  4. Select the offer from the list.
  5. Select Edit copy.
  6. On the page Content, check the description, the age and the fee, and select Create draft. Only then is the copy created.
  7. Open the page Dates & places, select Add date, set the day and times in the dialog Date and time, and select Done.
  8. If a separate registration deadline is to apply, enter it under Registrations possible until.
  9. Select Save.

From New offer via the copy to the page Dates & places, which gets its own dates only after saving.

Result

The copied offer is a Draft in the new season and goes through approval again. Registrations, comments and consents given were not copied.

If it does not work

ProblemRemedy
The offer is missing in the list.The list shows at most 25 main offers. Open the offer in the offer list and, in the actions menu, select Copy offer.
