Fix overflowing offers in the PDF studio
If an offer in the PDF runs over its page, shorten it in the PDF studio before you create the PDF.
Prerequisites
- Account type Admin.
- An own PDF template with Offer in the export turned on, which writes the offers in a loop over
items(Export templates). - For the AI: the app AI review is connected (AI review).
Steps
Warning
An accepted adjustment holds in every PDF of the template, also with Create export, until the offer or the template changes. With Adjust with AI, the offer's HTML, the template's CSS and a picture of the page go to Mistral AI.
- Open the season and switch to the Export tab.
- Under Format, in the section Own templates, select the PDF template.
- If needed, select seasons, organizers and Published offers only.
- Select Check in the PDF studio.
- In the page list, select Hints.
- Select a page with the mark runs over, and on it the offer that runs over.
- Adjust the offer:
- With the AI: Under What should change?, enter an instruction or select a suggestion. Select Adjust with AI. Review the effect and Changes to the HTML, and select Accept.
- By hand: Switch to the HTML tab and change the text. The change holds shortly after the input.
- Repeat steps 6 and 7 for every further page with a hint.
- Select Create PDF.

From the Export tab to the PDF studio, which shows the pages with hints.
Result
The PDF is created in the background and arrives under the bell. The adjusted offers have the origin “adjusted” and hold in later exports of the template as well.
If it does not work
| Problem | Remedy |

| Check in the PDF studio is missing. | Select an own PDF template and a selection with at least one offer. |
| The page reports that the template does not write each offer once in a loop over “items”. | Change the template (Export templates). Otherwise the studio cannot find the offers' pages. |
| The AI tab shows “AI only with the app “Mistral AI””. | A super admin connects the app AI review in the App-Store. Until then, change the HTML by hand. |
| The message “The proposal changed locked details ({details}) and was discarded.” appears. | Change the instruction or turn off Do not change dates, age, fee and meeting point. |
| Create PDF reports open proposals. | Accept or discard every proposal. |
| The PDF shows the template's text again, the offer shows “adjustment stale”. | The offer or the template changed since the adjustment. Adjust the offer again. |
