AI review

With the app AI review, a language model from Mistral AI reads every offer in the proof and names what is missing or contradicts itself. In the PDF studio it adjusts single offers of a PDF template.

Location: Settings > App-Store > card AI review from Mistral AI SAS. Visible to: super admins.

Group: Writing offers & proofs, several at the same time. Provider: Mistral AI, servers in the EU (France).

Catalogue, states and structure of an app are described in App-Store.

What the app does

In the section What it does
“Reads an offer’s title, description, age, dates, meeting point and cost.”
“Names up to five hints: missing details, contradictions between text and fields, sentences that are hard to follow.”
“Shows them in the proof below the checks. Handing in and approving stay possible.”
“In the PDF studio: rewrites an offer’s HTML as you ask – shorter, a smaller picture – looking at the page as it is set. Nothing applies before you accept it.”
In the section How to use it
“Open the tab “Proof” of an offer. The hints stand below the proof run.”
“There are no new buttons: the hints appear by themselves.”

Card in the catalogue: “A language model reads every offer in the proof and names what is missing or contradicts itself. In the PDF studio it adjusts single offers.”

ConnectedThe proof of an offer shows the section AI review with at most 5 hints below the proof check. The hints block nothing: submitting and approving stay possible.
DisconnectedThe section AI review is omitted. The proof check stays. In the PDF studio, the note “AI only with the app “Mistral AI”” stands in place of the AI form.
PDF studioWith the app, the tab AI in the PDF studio shows a form, and Fix overflows with AI works on all offers that run over. What the AI proposes holds only after Accept.
Set by the installationIf the installation sets the key, the app stays off until a super admin selects Switch on. Disconnect switches it off again.
RepetitionWith unchanged details, the same offer is read only once within 24 hours.
