Registration status

The registration status records where a registration stands between its arrival and taking part.

Statuses

Every registration has exactly one registration status. The admin panel names it the same everywhere: as a badge, in selection fields and filters, in the participant list and in the newsletter. On the website, families see a badge of their own with an emoji.

RuleContent
For the family during the allocationAs long as a phase Allocation of places is running or the registration is in a batch, the family sees Waiting for allocation, whichever status applies in the admin panel. The page of their registration then shows “Under review”. In the lottery, every registration stays on new until the lottery is run, and the result of the lottery is in the batch: only committing shows the family their status.
Offer cancelledThe family sees Offer cancelled 😖, whichever status applies.
Order for the familyThe first badge whose condition is met applies: Offer cancelled, withdrawn, Email confirmation pending, Consents pending, Waiting for allocation, no place received, rejected, participates, Waiting list
Places for the familyThe overview Registrations and the offer's page after “is already registered —” (Registration rules)
took part, did not show upArise when an offer is completed, if the completion form asks the question Attendance (Completion forms). They can also be set via the programming interface (API). did not show up follows only on takes part. Both statuses are final.
Came without registeringWhoever is entered in the completion form with Add someone who came without registering receives a new registration in the status took part, without a participant account and without contact details.

Transitions in the admin panel

In every place, fepli offers only the transitions that the status allows at that moment. Every registration starts with new. In first come, first served, with New registration and when transferring, registrations also arise with another status straight away.

Solid arrows are transitions, dashed ones lead back as soon as the family has confirmed. Between the decisions in the dashed frame there are further transitions, which selecting a status shows.
