Restore a cancelled offer
When a cancelled offer takes place after all, e.g. because the cancellation was a mistake, restore it.
Prerequisites
- Account type Admin, or organizer of the offer.
- The offer is cancelled and not yet past.
Steps
- Open the offer.
- Under More actions (⋮), select Restore.
- Adjust the Message to the families.
- Select Preview and review the email.
- Select Restore & send to {count} families.

The More actions menu of a cancelled offer, in front of it the Restore offer side panel with the message and the preview.
Result
The offer has the status Published again. Families with a confirmed registration outside a batch and a valid email address receive the message. The payment obligation that the cancellation made lapse returns (Payments: Payment obligation).
