Find out why a child could register despite the age limit

If a registration outside an offer's age limits was accepted, find the cause.

Prerequisites

• Role View and create participants.

Steps

1. Open the participant and check the Date of birth. If it is wrong, correct it.
2. Open the offer and check the values Age from and Age to under Content. If the fields are empty, no limit applies.
3. Under Settings > Registration > Participants, check the Age tolerance. It widens the age limits downwards and upwards.
4. Under Dates & places, check whether the offer has a date. The age at the first date is what counts. Without a date, fepli checks no age.
5. In the History of the registration, check who registered the participant. The team can override age limits when registering by hand.
6. If the participant is not to take part, change their status. See Change the registration status in the participant list.
