SMS notifications via Brevo

With the app SMS notifications of the provider Brevo, notifications also go to the families as an SMS.

Location: Settings > App-Store > card SMS notifications from Brevo GmbH. Visible to: super admins.

What the app does

Behaviour

Access	API key from the Brevo account, required field. Sender: “Up to 11 letters and digits. Empty: “Info”.”
Connected	Notifications with a Text message also go out as an SMS (Notifications). The recipient is the participant's mobile number, without a number of their own that of their participant account.
Disconnected	fepli no longer sends SMS through this account. Emails are not affected.
Set by the installation	SMS go through the Brevo account of the installation, under the Sender saved here.

In fepli

The app shows itself under Communication > Notifications, in the field Text message of a notification. The field is there even without an SMS app; an SMS goes out only while an SMS app is connected.
