Payments

With the app Payments, the team bills participation fees: with receipts, debtors and payments in cash or by bank transfer.

Location: Settings > App-Store > card Payments from fepli. Visible to: super admins.

Group: Payments, several at the same time. Provider: fepli.

Feature	Content
Access	No credentials
Default	Switched off. A tenant that never touched the switch keeps its earlier state: payments stay on if the earlier setting Payments active was on or pmPayment is switched on.
Switched on	The area Payments appears (Payments). Settings has the menu item Payments (Settings).
Switch off	Confirmation prompt: “The Payments area is then hidden, and families no longer see any fees. Receipts and payments are kept. Switch off?” Switched off, the app shows “The Payments area is hidden. Receipts and payments are kept.” The pages under Settings > Payments lead to the app in the App-Store.
Apps built on it	pmPayment builds on the app. While it is off, pmPayment rests. The confirmation is preceded by “pmPayment will rest as well.”
Set by the installation, on	The card shows Switched on with a lock: “Set by the installation.” The app cannot be switched off.
Set by the installation, off	The app cannot be switched on, and neither can pmPayment. The app shows “The installation has switched payments off.”
