Register as an organizer
If you want to become an organizer without an invitation, register yourself. The team reviews your details and activates your access.
Prerequisites
- The instance allows registration without an invitation. The sign-in page then shows “No access yet?” at the top.
- Organizers is turned on under Fields. Otherwise the registration responds with 404.
Steps
- Open the sign-in page of the admin panel.
- At the top, select Register.
- In the step Organizer, enter the details of your organisation.
- In the step Contact person, enter your name and email address.
- In the step Review, check all details.
- Select Submit registration.

From the sign-in page through the steps Organizer, Contact person and Review.
Result
The page Registration received shows the stages Received, Review by the team and Activation & sign-in link. As soon as the team activates your access, you receive a sign-in link by email and use it to sign in without a password. Afterwards you can set up a passkey.
If it does not work
| Problem | Remedy |

| The sign-in page shows no link to the registration. | The instance accepts invited organizers only. Contact the team. |
| The sign-in link from the activation no longer works. | The link can be used only once and is valid for as many days as the email states. On the sign-in page, request a new one with Sign-in link by email. The new link is valid for 10 minutes. |
| No message arrives after the activation. | Check the spam folder. Otherwise, request a link on the sign-in page with Sign-in link by email. |
